Can the world survive without religion?

Religion is what can help us to live prosperously and harmoniously because it can help us to reduce or get rid of our greed, hatred, and delusion. So I strongly believe that the world cannot survive without religion for three reasons.
First, without religion, people are greedier and greedier. When this happens, people become stingier and stingier and sometimes they kill others in order to reach their desirous goal. As a result, they would live in a violent world, which is a great suffering.
Moreover, in addition to greed, it can also cause people to be full of hatred and delusion, which can make people commit evil deeds such as stealing, committing sexual misconduct, and telling a lie.
The third reason is that without religion, people do not have pure mind which can help them to live in peace and harmony. For example, in Cakkavatti Sutta, the Buddha said when the life expectancy is 10 years in age, girls are marriageable at the age of 5 years. At that time, the human beings are full of greed, hatred, and delusion. They will fight each other for seven days without exception, he is my father, she is my mother. They do not know each other. Those who survive will discuss each other finding why people kill each other. Then they abstain from killing, stealing, sexual misconduct, lying and taking intoxicant. So the life expectancy increases.
In Conclusion, without religion, the world cannot be survived because of people are greedier, people full of hatred and delusion, and people don’t have pure mind.
